Choosing An Identity Aligned with Your Highest Vision
It is possible to hold a vision for your life year after year without seeing it manifest in your physical reality. Many people hold themselves in a place of judgment, feeling there must be something "wrong" when their dreams seem to elude them. There is nothing "wrong," though you may need to adjust your perspective to manifest your vision. We will offer here some insights into how you can transform this circumstance.
One of the most common reasons people fail to manifest their dreams is that their current "identity self" is not aligned with their highest vision. If the vision your higher self brings you is that you are an energy healer but your present identity is that you are a clerk at a fast food restaurant, you have some changes to make in your identity.
As long as the self with which you are strongly identified is vastly different from the self that is experiencing your highest vision, you will go through your days with a feeling of being "outside looking in," with your deepest desires perpetually beyond your reach.
This does not have to be the case. By making a simple adjustment in perspective, you can begin living your highest vision within your present moment. In this way, by identifying with anything you choose to bring into your reality, you make it "real" in your world.
We offer here a process for adopting a new identity self aligned with your highest vision.
One) Enter a quiet, meditative state. Allow the highest vision for your life to come into your mind. Hold this vision in a steady focus, seeing it in as much detail as possible. Feel what it is like to be experiencing this reality. What does it look like? How are you interacting with the people around you? What activities do you participate in?
Two) Ask your self, who is the self experiencing this reality? How is this self different from your present-moment self? What would you have to believe to be this self who is experiencing your highest vision? How do these beliefs differ from your present-moment beliefs?
Three) Observe the differences between this self and your present-moment self. Move back and forth between the self experiencing your highest vision and your present-moment self. Step fully into the feeling state of each self, observing each in detail. Continue to work with the process of moving back and forth between the two until you have a clear understanding of their differences, their similarities, and can move easily between the two.
Four) Set your intention to adopt the self who is experiencing your highest vision as your identity self. Allow this identity to become your focus self.
Five) As you move through your days, allow this new identity self to inform your actions. Observe your thoughts. Observe how you relate to the world from the perspective of this new identity.
This is a process you can use over and over again as your highest vision continues to grow and evolve in your journey of becoming.

Entering the Portal of Consciousness Expansion
Your life as you have experienced it thus far and as you experience it in your present moment, is a reflection of the state of your consciousness. In order to expand the field the possibilities for your life, expand your consciousness. An important attribute of consciousness is vision. What you "see" for yourself -- the pictures from which you create your life - determine how you grow and expand your consciousness.
Limited Vision Equals Limited Expansion
One of the greatest obstacles to consciousness expansion is limited vision. If your vision is hampered or shut down in any way, you will not be able to perceive the vast opportunities available to you for expanding your consciousness. If your vision is closed down, it is likely your primary focus is based in physical reality. If this is the case, you will not be able to perceive realities that exist beyond the physical and you may keep reprocessing the realities of your past. A willingness to adopt new pictures is at the root of all profound change. You cannot step into a reality in which you don't see your self.
Another hurdle for those who are heavily vested in physical-based consciousness is to expand what they see as possible for themselves. When you open to new visions, your guides bring you new and exciting images for your future. Your future creations are either based on new visions or old images of what has been in the past. These new pictures and realities are accessed through your nonphysical or "non-local" awareness.
Your Inner Vision Creates the `Movies' of Your Life
Whatever you see as possible for your self is real and true for you. If you see your self as an impoverished victim, that becomes your reality. If you see your self as an infinitely joyful and expansive work in progress, this becomes your reality. Which reality would you choose? The pictures you see in your mind become the movies of your life.
We can tell you that every person who is incarnate, however wise or aware, has a vision for their life that can be expanded. Some people adopt the pictures they are given in childhood. These are the collective visions of their family and others in their environment. Some never move beyond these pictures. They may feel this to be very restrictive but don't know how to change it, or they may take comfort in knowing what the world expects of them.
Expanding the Scope of Your Vision
As you awaken and become aware of the limitations imposed by old visions of what is possible, you will want to expand the scope of your vision. To do this, you will need to cultivate an inner yoga that allows a flexibility of vision. An open and flexible mind is a prerequisite to consciousness expansion.
One way to begin perceiving a broader range of possibilities is to learn to access altered states of reality. There are many "portals" through which you can access altered states of consciousness. It can be as simple as writing a poem, taking time from your day to create a work of art or an enhanced living space, going for a long walk in nature, making love, traveling to a new place (internally or externally), enjoying a day of solitude, undertaking a fast where you allow your body to cleanse and heal, camping in nature, attending a workshop or retreat, spending an entire day in meditation, listening to music, or going on outings with no goal in mind except to see the world around you from a creative perspective. The entryways or portals to altered states are unlimited. They can span an hour, a day, a weekend, or longer. You might call these "mini vision quests."

The Lightworker's Manifesto: A Primer for Coming Times, Part 13
We have given you 12 points of light for lightworkers, which you will find listed once again at the end of this discussion. The twelfth and final point of light we describe today asks you to practice detaching from physical reality. This practice allows you to stand back from your life, view the circumstances you are creating and "ask" for assistance and guidance with the next step. When you learn to ask for and open to receive guidance, your life becomes a blessing to your self and to the universe.
Ask For and Open to Receive Spiritual Guidance
The greatest "obstacle" many lightworkers face in following the path of their heart is an over-investment in physical reality. This translates into a belief that all spiritual progress must be measurable in some physical way.
It is true that as you come into alignment with the radiance of your spirit, your physical existence will be transformed. However, this transformation happens as a natural extension of your spiritual transformation. If you look only at what is happening at the physical level, you shift your focus from your inner communion with your spirit. This is living in reverse. Have you noticed how live spelled backwards is evil? This "synchronicity" symbolizes what happens when you live your life in reverse -- your shadow side comes more into focus.
The real goal is unity with your spirit. From this place of alignment and clear-seeing, you are able to love, embrace and heal all aspects of your self, including what you think of as your shadow. Embracing and healing your shadow is quite different from allowing your shadow to rule your life and enslave your consciousness.
Spiritual Guidance in a Free Will Zone
As we have said in past discussions, the easiest way to align with your spirit is by allowing your spiritual purpose to become the star you steer by. (For more on this, see Lightworkers Manifesto, Part 8). You may have found your self wondering how it is that you can begin to discover your spiritual purpose within the illusion. Many arrive on the Earth plane heavily veiled and must "burn through" numerous levels of illusion before they arrive at a place of clear-seeing and discernment.
The way to navigate through the fog is to surrender to your spirit and "ask" for assistance and guidance. It is a powerful transformation to come into a place of perceiving there is much more to your existence than physical reality. This perception leads you to ask the next question – how do I get to know these parts of my self that exist beyond the physical? The answer is by opening to receive spiritual guidance. You may think of spiritual guidance as a "hub" portal through which you access all others that exist beyond physical reality. Understanding of your spiritual purpose and the steps to fulfill it comes through this doorway. Joy and bliss, health, spiritual relationships, abundance, resources, and much more are accessed through this portal.
Understand, you have free will on the Earth plane. Your guides are here to serve you, but they cannot interfere with your natural progress or take away your lessons by lifting you free of the consequences of your choices. When you choose to ask for their assistance, they are able to bring you the information, guidance and assistance you are seeking. Likewise, if you choose to go through your life without asking for or receiving spiritual guidance, you will be able to lead a purely physical-based existence without interference from your guides. It is always a choice. Like all choices, it is best to choose from a place of clear perception in terms of the realities and probabilities each option would bring into your life.
The subtext of your request for spiritual guidance is" "My conscious mind doesn't know how to proceed. To move forward, I need help from my guides and angels." Implied within this point of surrender is the recognition that an important part of your existence is beyond the physical. The "subtext" of this surrender is that you recognize and honor the infinite nature of your own being. You have reached a point in your personal growth where you need to align with thIs infinite part of your self.
Detachment/Surrender Equals Spiritual Freedom
When you are able to step back from what is happening in your physical existence and observe with detachment, this represents the ability to detach from physical reality. It is a sign you are awakening, seeing through the illusion and freeing your self from enslavement to physical reality. Many of you find yourselves at this place of learning to step back "within the moment" and ask for spiritual guidance. This willingness to step back and acknowledge the power of your infinite being helps you live a different way that is beyond the shackles of a purely linear reality. When you make choices informed by the light of your spirit, you are free to view and observe your life from many points of consciousness at once and choose from an infinite array of possibilities rather than a small, limited field of possibility.

Once you ask for spiritual guidance, be flexible and open to how it arrives. Be willing to allow spirit to bring you the information you are seeking in whatever way is highest and best within the moment.
This requires you to be open and in a state of "alert listening." Be aware of signs and symbolic occurrences around you. The guidance you are seeking may arrive in the form of a book that falls off a shelf at your feet, in snatches of overheard conversation on a busy city street, in a channeled message you receive on the Internet, or the wise counsel of a trusted friend. It may come in your dreams, it may begin to flow spontaneously from your pen as you write in your journal. You may be on a walk in nature or taking a shower when the answer is "downloaded" into your consciousness. The answer may arrive in the guise of a bird or an animal spirit. Allow whatever way it arrives to be perfect.
Receiving the Message within the Message
Spirit uses many doorways to speak to you. Sometimes a single doorway is used to deliver a "message within a message." For example, it sometimes happens that a person who disrespects or abuses animals will only be able to receive guidance through an animal spirit. Consequently, until they learn to honor and care for all life, they will not be will to hear the whispers of their spiritual guidance.
This is why it is important to examine any areas around which you may be holding prejudice or judgment of any kind. Often your spiritual guidance will arrive through a doorway that requires you to release prejudice or judgment before you can receive the message. If you feel your guidance has been blocked in any way, this may be the case. This is one way in which you release what you perceive as "karma."
As you surrender to the reality of your infinite being and learn to detach from physical reality, you are able to align with your spiritual guidance. By aligning with your spiritual guidance, you are able to ask for and receive information and insights that assist you in navigating through the fog of a veiled existence to a place of clear-seeing As you ask for and open to receive spiritual guidance in whatever way it is able to come to you, you find your consciousness and your reality transformed through this amazing dance with spirit.

Entering the Portal of Abundance By DL Zeta
Entering the Portal of Abundance
As a vast, infinite being, you are able to enter the Portal of Abundance anytime you choose. Inside the Portal of Abundance, there is always plenty, always more than enough. Here you have an abundance of communion with your guides and higher self. You are able to receive visions in abundance. The resources needed to bring these visions into physical reality flow in abundance as well. Inside this portal, life force energy flows in great abundance, as does health, well-being, joy, love and happiness.
The only limitations to abundance within this portal are your perceived limitations. If you find only a portion of your abundance is available to you, most often at the root there are underlying issues of self-worth and lack. A sense of lack has to do with the value one places on one’s self. This value, whether conscious or not, is derived from the sense of how one is fulfilling their soul contract for this lifetime.
Experiencing lack in proportion to the fulfillment of the soul contract is not a punishment in any way. In fact, it is the opposite. It is the experience of lack that often opens the door to the understanding of how to create abundance and fulfill one’s purpose.
Scarcity and Lack Can Help You Transform Your Life
It is impossible to enter the Portal of Abundance when your thoughts are holding onto lack in any way. This is in accordance with the Law of Attraction. It is designed to help you seek the answers to the dilemma of scarcity, and begin a journey to find answers to the true meaning and purpose of your life. It would not be for your higher good for abundance to flow into your life when you are living out of synch with your self.
While you may speak affirmations to the contrary and create positive visions of what you wish to create, this will not work if underneath the surface, there are old tapes playing that are tuned to the frequency of lack. These tapes are often created early in life during times in childhood when you did not feel worthy or loved.
Healing Your Inner Child of the Past
Even those who have come to accept their own self-worth may have an inner child that is still confused and feeling unworthy. This energy is enough to keep you from entering the Portal of Abundance. If you find this is the case, you can begin to dialogue with any aspect of your self that still feels unloved and unworthy. Part of abundance is giving your self the nurturing and love to heal the hurts of the past.
Another aspect of abundance is the abundance of understanding that gives you insight into why you have created situations in the past – the lessons you were trying to learn by creating the experiences. From this perspective, it is much easier to release any emotional energy you are still holding around past scenarios. Self-forgiveness is another aspect of abundance.
A spirit chooses the condition of scarcity from the shopping list of life experiences because there is a need at the soul level to learn how to create abundance. When you begin to “ask” for assistance from your guides and higher self, you learn how to align with the true source of abundance -- your spirit. It is then that your spirit can bring you the resources you need. In order to align with your spirit, you must acknowledge and accept your own inherent wealth.
As you love and accept every aspect of your self, you open your mind and heart. It is an open mind and heart that embraces the infinite nature of your being and opens the door that allows full access to the Portal of Abundance.

Inside this portal, life force energy flows in great abundance, as does health, well-being, joy, love and happiness.
The only limitations to abundance within this portal are your perceived limitations. If you find only a portion of your abundance is available to you, most often at the root there are underlying issues of self-worth and lack. A sense of lack has to do with the value one places on one’s self. This value, whether conscious or not, is derived from the sense of how one is fulfilling their soul contract for this lifetime.
Experiencing lack in proportion to the fulfillment of the soul contract is not a punishment in any way. In fact, it is the opposite. It is the experience of lack that often opens the door to the understanding of how to create abundance and fulfill one’s purpose.
Scarcity and Lack Can Help You Transform Your Life
It is impossible to enter the Portal of Abundance when your thoughts are holding onto lack in any way. This is in accordance with the Law of Attraction. It is designed to help you seek the answers to the dilemma of scarcity, and begin a journey to find answers to the true meaning and purpose of your life. It would not be for your higher good for abundance to flow into your life when you are living out of synch with your self.
While you may speak affirmations to the contrary and create positive visions of what you wish to create, this will not work if underneath the surface, there are old tapes playing that are tuned to the frequency of lack. These tapes are often created early in life during times in childhood when you did not feel worthy or loved.
Healing Your Inner Child of the Past
Even those who have come to accept their own self-worth may have an inner child that is still confused and feeling unworthy. This energy is enough to keep you from entering the Portal of Abundance. If you find this is the case, you can begin to dialogue with any aspect of your self that still feels unloved and unworthy. Part of abundance is giving your self the nurturing and love to heal the hurts of the past.
Another aspect of abundance is the abundance of understanding that gives you insight into why you have created situations in the past – the lessons you were trying to learn by creating the experiences. From this perspective, it is much easier to release any emotional energy you are still holding around past scenarios. Self-forgiveness is another aspect of abundance.
A spirit chooses the condition of scarcity from the shopping list of life experiences because there is a need at the soul level to learn how to create abundance. When you begin to “ask” for assistance from your guides and higher self, you learn how to align with the true source of abundance -- your spirit. It is then that your spirit can bring you the resources you need. In order to align with your spirit, you must acknowledge and accept your own inherent wealth.
As you love and accept every aspect of your self, you open your mind and heart. It is an open mind and heart that embraces the infinite nature of your being and opens the door that allows full access to the Portal of Abundance.
